DIY Bubble Tea Bar

Customize your own Do.It.Yourself (DIY) bubble tea bar so you and your guests can create your own Boba Creations. We can provide all supplies needed. For freshness, we recommend serving within a 4-hour time frame from receiving your order to ensure freshness and quality.

 

For our DIY bar, we provide the following:

• cups (24oz and/or 12oz, per your order)

• lids

• straws

• ready to serve beverage bases (per your flavor choices)

• boba 

• ice

We deliver the beverage base(s) in large glass pour-spout Masson jars; cups, lids, straws, and necessary amount of cooked boba pearls and ice in containers. You or your guests add cooked boba and ice to a cup, pour the prepared liquid beverage, and top with a lid and insert straw.  

 

We will work with you to determine how much beverage base(s) may work best for your group. We usually assume one 24-oz cup per adult and one 12-oz cup for children. 

 

These events are highly customizable.  Please use the below table to develop an estimate for your event. Following this, email us your event details and we'll put together a formal order estimate for you.

 

 

Notes & Minimums: 

• Minimum Order: ​$125 in drinks (not including delivery fees or other rental items)

• Deposit: 50% deposit required at time of booking

 

 

To help estimate your order please use this information:

1. Select your flavors of Bubble Tea: Please order in quantities of twelve to sixteen 24oz drinks per flavor. For example, our large glass pour spout Masson Jars can each hold sixteen 24 oz drinks (or thirty-two 12oz drinks). Flavors include: Classic Milk Tea, Thai, Matcha Green, Taro, Mango, Strawberry, and Coffee. 

2. Arrange for pick-up and drop-off of the rental items/glasswear: You pick-up/drop-off items, or we can do this for for. Please email us for an exact amount. 

3. Select any additional items you may need (optional): 

   1. Ice - $5/bag (1 bag makes fifteen 24oz drinks)

   2. Cooler Bag to hold ice -$5

   3. 2x4' Foldable Table - $12

   4. Fitted Tablecloth - $5

   5. Measuring cups - no charge

4. Delivery and Pick-up: We can deliver or you can pick-up and drop-off at our location in Tigard to save money. Local deliveries resulting in under 10 minutes of travel time for us is free of charge. Return Items:

After your event, please pre-arrange (email or call us to arrange drop-off date/time) the return of all glassware items to Tigard. If you prefer, we provide a pick-up option for an additional charge (pricing is based on pick-up location).

 

 

Payment:

We accept credit card payments that are securely processed using Square or personal check payable to Boba Creations.
